Theatrical Scoring Change for the Angel Guild Voting System

Previously, films needed to score 70 or higher to pass the Angel Guild and 85 or higher to qualify for theatrical release. Today, we’re excited to announce a significant update: the 85-point threshold has been removed. Now, any film scoring 70 or higher will be considered as a potential theatrical fit for Angel Studios.
This change reflects Angel Studios’ evolving capacity as a studio and the Guild’s unwavering enthusiasm, allowing us to bring more bold, inspiring projects to the big screen.
